Welcome to “Building Effective Parenting Plans for High Conflict Families” This highly interactive two-day in-person workshop style training is designed for family lawyers.

The training is designed to help participants understand the important and unique needs of children when designing schedules, the benefits and challenges of each parenting time schedule, the details required to mitigate conflict between co-parents, and the necessary considerations to ensure that all aspects of co-parenting are effectively addressed.

The training will also cover important aspects to include in a Parenting Plan and how to guide clients through creating one, ensuring the emotional well-being of children are at the forefront, and effective strategies for communication protocols.  Through real case studies, practical tools and strategies, role-plays, demonstrations, coaching, and review of current research and literature, participants will gain the knowledge and skills required to provide effective support to their clients.

We believe that this training is a must-attend event for family lawyers.  We hope that you will find the training engaging, informative, and valuable.
