Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision Services

Clinical supervision is an essential part of ethical, grounded, and sustainable counselling practice. Whether you’re a practicum student, newly registered therapist, or a seasoned clinician looking for reflective space, I offer supervision that is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in curiosity, growth, and care.

A Relational, Strength-Based Approach to Supervision

My supervision style is supportive, non-hierarchical, and focused on developing your confidence, clinical insight, and ethical clarity. Together, we explore your questions, challenges, and growth edges in a space that honours both the clinical and personal aspects of therapeutic work.

I aim to create an environment where you can:

  • Reflect deeply on your clinical work

  • Receive practical feedback and grounded tools

  • Explore your use of self in the therapeutic relationship

  • Strengthen your confidence and professional identity

  • Navigate ethical dilemmas, boundary work, and scope of practice

  • Prevent burnout and build sustainability in your career

Areas of Clinical Focus

I provide supervision across a range of modalities and practice areas, with a focus on:

  • Trauma-informed practice

  • Attachment and family systems

  • Separation, divorce, and co-parenting

  • Emotionally focused and relational therapy

  • High-conflict dynamics and mental health concerns

  • Supporting children, youth, and families

  • Case conceptualization, documentation, and clinical decision-making

I also support clinicians working in schools, community agencies, and private practice.

  • Graduate students in counselling psychology and clinical social work

  • Practicum and intern therapists seeking hour-based supervision

  • New registrants (e.g., RCCs, RSWs, CCCs) requiring clinical consultation

  • Counsellors seeking consultation around complex family systems or legal intersections (e.g. high-conflict divorce)

  • Clinicians wanting a reflective space to reconnect with purpose and clarity

A Supervision Space That Supports You

Supervision isn’t just about clinical oversight—it’s a space for growth, safety, and professional renewal. My intention is to help you feel supported, resourced, and aligned with the kind of therapist you want to be.

If you're looking for a supervisor who brings warmth, honesty, and experience across both therapeutic and high-conflict systems, I’d be honoured to work with you.
